The Home Help Program in Michigan helps seniors and individuals with disabilities receive essential non-medical support services in the comfort of their own homes. This care is typically funded through Medicaid and designed to promote safety, independence, and well-being at home.
Who Is Eligible?

You may qualify for services through the Home Health Program if you:

Are age 65 or older, or have a qualifying disability

Need help with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.)

Live in your own home or with family (not in a nursing facility)

Are enrolled in Michigan Medicaid, the MI Choice Waiver, or Home Help Program
